All orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your credit card is authorised, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once processed, you will receive your order within 25 business days (although we do our best to have it delivered faster).

WaraYana is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Remember that you are eligible for free shipping for orders over £150 (or equivalent amount in other currencies).

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment transactions are securely processed through Stripe.

Pre-Order

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We are happy to make any necessary revisions or cancel an order for a full refund if necessary prior to shipment.

Legal age to purchase

If you are under eighteen (18), we require that you inform and get your parents or guardians consent before purchasing anything.

Custom Duties and Taxes

Please note that for deliveries outside the UK and EU countries, duties and taxes could be due. We do not have any influence on import taxes, as these will be determined by each country individually.
